摘  要:JJG196-2006《常用玻璃量器检定规程》中的六大类别玻璃量器有硼硅和钠钙两种材质,包括66种不同的容量规格,不同材质和型号的量器的体膨胀系数和计量性能各不相同,人工处理实验数据易出错且效率低。该文分析规程中衡量法的计算过程,针对两种不同材质类别量器的K(t)值的选择、检定各种规格量器时使用的标准器电子天平以及具体的检定次数给出建议,对六种常用玻璃量器不同的合格等级判定过程中经常遇到的数据处理问题进行探讨,建议使用Excel函数查找引用K(t)值和容量允差并自动进行合格等级的判定,提高了实验的准确度和自动化程度。The six categories of glass container in JJG196-2006"Working Glass Container"have two kinds of materials:borosilicate and sodium calcium,including 66 different capacity specifications.The volume expansion coefficient and measurement performance of different materials and models are different,manual processing of experimental data is error-prone and inefficient.This paper analyzes the calculation process of the measurement method in the regulation,and gives suggestions on the selection of K(t),the electronic balance used in the verification of various specifications of glass container,and the specific number of verifications.The data processing problems often encountered in the process of determining the different qualification levels of six commonly used glass gauges are discussed.It is proposed to use Excel function to find the reference K(t)value and the capacity tolerance of the glass container and automatically determine the qualification level,which improves the accuracy and automation of the experiment.
