摘  要:为研究超声分散时间对金刚石微粉粒度测试结果的影响,采用激光衍射法对不同规格、不同超声分散时间的金刚石微粉进行粒度测试。研究表明0~1μm金刚石微粉粒度测试结果对超声分散时间敏感度较高,随时间增加呈先减小后增大的趋势;1~10μm金刚石微粉粒度测试结果对超声分散时间敏感度相对较低。粒度规格范围为0~0.5μm、0.5~1μm、1~10μm的金刚石微粉,激光衍射法测试粒度时超声分散时间分别为250~350 s、150~300 s、150~300 s为宜。In order to study the influence of ultrasonic dispersion time on the particle size of diamond micropowder,the particle size of diamond micropowder with different size and different ultrasonic dispersion time was measured by laser diffraction method.The results show that the sensitivity of 0~1μm diamond particle size test to ultrasonic dispersion time is high,and it decreases first and then increases with the increase of time.The sensitivity of 1~10μm diamond powder particle size test to ultrasonic dispersion time is relatively low.For diamond micropowder with particle size ranging from 0 to 0.5μm,0.5 to 1μm,and 1 to 10μm,it is appropriate for ultrasonic dispersion time of 250 to 350 s,150 to 300 s,and 150 to 300 s,r espectively,when testing particle size by laser diffraction.
