摘 要:光纤Bragg光栅温度传感器具有绝缘、抗电磁干扰、耐腐蚀及易于组成准分布式测量网络等优点,极其适合于工程领域传感测量。为推进该类传感器在反应堆热工试验中的应用研究,针对试验需求而研制改进型宽量程光纤光栅温度传感器,为保证其量值溯源准确可靠,且目前国内外无现行有效的计量校准方法,需开展该类传感器温度测量系统校准方法研究。首先介绍光纤光栅温度传感器测量系统工作原理,其次利用比较法构建校准系统,对(50~700)℃的测量系统开展温度示值误差校准及测量不确定度评定,校准温度点选取研究及准分布式测量系统校准试验以验证校准方法的可行性。结果表明,校准方法有效可靠,测量系统最大扩展不确定度不超过0.7℃(k=2),满足测量系统校准需求。Fiber Bragg grating temperature sensors have advantages such as insulation,anti-electromagnetic interference,corrosion resistance,and easy formation of quasi-distributed measurement networks,making them extremely suitable for sensing and measurement in the engineering field.In order to promote the application research of this type of sensor in reactor thermal test,an improved wide range fiber Bragg grating temperature sensor has been developed to meet the testing requirements.To ensure the accuracy and reliability of its magnitude value traceability,and there is no effective metrological calibration method at home and abroad,it is necessary to study the calibration method of this kind of sensor temperature measurement system.This paper first introduces the working principle of the fiber Bragg grating temperature sensor measurement system,and then construct a calibration system by using the comparison method.To verify the feasibility of the calibration method,the temperature indication error calibration and measurement uncertainty evaluation are carried out on the measurement system at(50~700)℃,the selection of calibration temperature points is studied,and the calibration experiment of the quasi-distributed measurement system is carried out.The results show that the calibration method is effective and reliable,and the maximum expanded uncertainty of the measurement system does not exceed 0.7℃(k=2),meeting the calibration requirements of the measurement system.
