摘　　要：经上臂置入中心静脉导管被广泛应用于肿瘤治疗并发挥了重要的静脉保护作用,但部分患者出现上肢运动功能并发症,妨碍诊疗的正常进行,其生活质量也有所降低。鉴于现代医学发展对护士在症状机制层面的认知和应用提出了新的要求,本文对肿瘤患者经上臂置入中心静脉导管对上肢运动功能影响的现状、机制和应对策略进行综述,以期为进一步深入了解以及研究和制定精准的预防及干预措施提供依据。The peripherally inserted central venous device is widely used in the treatment of tumors and plays an important role in venous protection.However,some patients have upper limb motor functional complications,which hinder the normal process of diagnosis and treatment and reduce the quality of life.The advancements in contemporary medicine have introduced new requirements for nurse's comprehension and utilization of symptom mechanisms.The following is a review of the research progress on status,mechanism and coping strategies of catheter implantation on upper limb motor function in cancer patients,in order to provide a way of far understanding for nurses and a basis for further research and the development of precise prevention and intervention measures.
