摘  要:目的:观察同伴教育模式对淋巴瘤患者生活质量、自我效能及自我管理水平的影响。方法:采用非同期类实验研究设计,选取2018年2月—2019年1月的89例淋巴瘤患者作为对照组,2019年2月—2020年2月的89例患者作为观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理措施基础上给予同伴教育,护理时间均为6个月。比较2组患者干预前后的生活质量以及干预后的自我效能和自我管理水平。结果:观察组干预后的自我效能评分显著高于对照组(85.32±11.02 vs 72.54±9.61,P<0.001),观察组情绪功能领域生活质量标准化评分也明显高于对照组[66.67(IQR:50.00~83.33)vs 58.33(IQR:33.33~75.00),P=0.020],而恶心呕吐症状领域的生活质量标准化评分显著低于对照组[16.67(IQR:0.00~33.00)vs 16.67(IQR:0.00~50.00),P=0.024]。结论:同伴教育模式可明显改善淋巴瘤化疗患者的生活质量,显著性提高其自我效能水平。Objective:To observe the effects of peer education mode on the self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with lymphoma.Methods:Using a non-synchronous experimental design,89 lymphoma patients from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the control group,and 89 patients from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the experimental group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group received peer education on the basis of routine nursing measures,with a nursing duration of 6 months for both groups.The quality of life,self-efficacy,and self-management level of two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results:After intervention,the self-efficacy score of the experimental group(85.32±11.02)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.54±9.61)(P<0.001).The standardized score of quality of life in the field of emotional function in the experimental group[66.67(IQR:50.00-83.33)]was significantly higher than that in the control group[58.33(IQR:33.33-75.00)](P=0.020).The standardized score of quality of life in the area of nausea and vomiting was 16.67(IQR:0.00-33.00)significantly lower than that in the control group(IQR:0.00~50.00)(P=0.024).Conclusion:Peer education model can significantly improve the quality of life and selfefficacy of patients with malignant tumor receiving chemotherapy.
