摘 要:目的了解幼儿师范专业大学生对儿童第一目击者行动的培训需求,并评价幼儿师范专业大学生进行儿童第一目击者行动培训效果。方法自制调查表及考核试卷,对湖南幼儿师范高等专科学校参加儿童第一目击者培训的大学生进行调查和考核,了解其对现场救护能力掌握现状及培训需求,对比培训前后效果,应用描述性统计分析和t检验、卡方检验进行统计学处理。结果有效问卷回收率85.9%(202/235),其中48人(23.8%)和53人(26.2%)自我评价掌握心肺复苏和海姆立克法,仅有14人(6.9%)获得第一目击者培训证书。所有大学生均认为学习幼儿现场救护重要,98%的大学生愿意学习心肺复苏急救技能。通过本次培训,99%的大学生认为自己获益,93.6%的大学生希望有更多时间参加儿童现场急救培训。培训后,正确处理烧(烫)伤、跌落伤、淹溺及心肺复苏和海姆立克法知识点考核正确率,学生自我评价掌握心肺复苏和海姆立克法的比例均明显高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论幼儿师范专业大学生儿童现场救护能力较薄弱且培训需求高,通过儿童第一目击者培训可提升幼儿师范专业大学生儿童现场救护能力。Objective To understand the training needs of children's first witness action for college students majoring in early childhood education,and to evaluate the effectiveness of the training for children's first witness action for college students majoring in early childhood education.Methods A self-made survey and assessment paper were conducted on college students from Hunan Preschool Teachers College who participated in the first witness training for children,to understand their current mastery of on-site rescue capabilities and training needs.The effects before and after the training were compared,and descriptive statistical analysis,t-test,and chi square test were applied for statistical processing.Results The effective questionnaire response rate was 85.9%(202/235),with 48 people(23.8%)and 53 people(26.2%)self evaluating their mastery of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the Heimlich method.Only 14 people(6.9%)obtained the first witness training certificate.All college students believe that learning on-site first aid for young children is important,and 98%of college students are willing to learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills.Through this training,99%of college students believe they have benefited,and 93.6%of college students hope to have more time to participate in on-site first aid training for children.The accuracy rate of correctly handling burn(scald)injuries,fall injuries,drowning,cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and Heimlich method knowledge points after training,as well as the proportion of students'self-evaluation of mastering cardiopulmonary resuscitation and Heimlich method,were significantly higher than before training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions College students majoring in early childhood education have weak on-site rescue abilities but high training needs;The first witness training for children can enhance the on-site rescue ability of college students majoring in preschool education.
