摘  要:目的观察分析儿童百日咳鲍特菌感染后呼吸道上皮细胞中的λ1干扰素(interferon-λ1,IFN-λ1)mRNA的表达情况,探讨λ1干扰素在百日咳黏膜免疫应答中的作用。方法选取2019年9月至2020年2月在本院就诊,高度考虑百日咳鲍特菌感染或存在痉挛性咳嗽的患者作为研究对象,收集标本共206份作为试验组。收集2020年4月至2021年3月于本院行健康身体检查的儿童71例分别作为对照组。对两组标本进行IFN-λ1mRNA检测,统计分析试验组及对照组气道上皮IFN-λ1mRNA表达的差别。结果儿童百日咳感染组气道上皮IFN-λ1mRNA表达水平显著低于儿童健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论IFN-λ1可能参与了百日咳感染后的黏膜免疫反应。Objective To observe and analyze the expression of Interferon-λ1(IFN-λ1)mRNA in respiratory epithelial cells of children infected with Bordetella pertussis,and to explore the role of Interferon-λ1 in pertussis mucosal immune response.Methods Patients who visited our hospital from September 2019 to February 2020 and were highly considered to have pertussis infection or spasmodic cough were selected as the research subjects.A total of 206 specimens were collected as the experimental group.Additionally,71 children undergoing physical examinations at our from April 2020 to March 2021 were collected as the control group.Perform IFN-λ1mRNA detection on specimens from each group,and statistically analyze the difference in IFN-λ1mRNA expression in airway epithelium between the experimental group and the control group.Results The expression level of IFN-λ1mRNA in the airway epithelium of children with pertussis infection was significantly lower than that of the healthy control group(P<0.05).Conclusions IFN-λ1 may be involved in the mucosal immune response after pertussis infection.
