摘 要:当今,世界军事强国都在围绕军事智能化进行战略布局,指挥信息系统的智能化是军事智能化的关键,迫切需要加强指挥信息系统智能化建设和应用。论文首先阐述了指挥信息系统信息智能处理、态势智能分发、筹划智能组织和兵力智能调控等核心能力,然后分析了加强指挥信息系统智能化运用的必要性,最后提出了开展创新研究、构建训练环境、推进基础建设、强化指挥训练等做法建议。All military powers in the world are making strategic arrangements around military intelligence.The intelligence of command information system is the key to military intelligence,and there is an urgent need to strengthen the construction and appli⁃cation of command information system intelligence.Firstly,the paper elaborates on the core capabilities of the command information system,including intelligent processing of information,intelligent distribution of situations,intelligent organization of planning,and intelligent regulation of military forces.Then,the paper analyses the necessity of strengthening intelligent application based on command information system.Finally,the paper proposes suggestions for conducting innovative research,constructing a training en⁃vironment,promoting infrastructure construction,and strengthening command training.
