摘 要:为了提升航班运行的灵活性,保证机场资源的有效利用,仪表目视同场运行的机场越来越多,研究混合运行机场跑道容量相关的因素,并评估跑道容量具有重要意义。论文针对目视和仪表飞行在同一跑道上混合运行的情况,建立了跑道容量评估模型。通过分析不同航空器速度、占用跑道时间、管制间隔要求及尾流间隔要求等因素,对跑道容量进行了细化评估。以洛阳北郊机场为例,论文验证了模型的有效性,结果显示优化起飞和降落流程、合理安排目视和仪表飞行比例与顺序,可以显著提升跑道的运行效率。论文模型为类似机场的跑道容量评估和运行优化提供了科学、可操作的参考。In order to enhance the flexibility of flight operation and ensure the effective utilization of airport resources,there are more and more airports with instrument-visual operation on the same runway,and it is of great significance to study the factors related to the runway capacity of airports with mixed operation and assess the runway capacity.In this paper,a runway capacity as⁃sessment model is established for the mixed operation of visual and instrument flights on the same runway.The runway capacity is re⁃fined and assessed by analyzing factors such as different aircraft speeds,occupied runway time,control interval requirements and wake turbulence interval requirements.Taking Luoyang Beijiao airport as an example,this paper verifies the validity of the model,and the results show that optimizing the takeoff and landing processes,and reasonably arranging the ratio and sequence of visual and instrument flights can significantly improve the runway operational efficiency.The model in this paper provides a scientific and oper⁃able reference for runway capacity assessment and operation optimization of similar airports.
