摘  要:对钢包滑板使用异常现象进行了分析,探讨了滑板板间夹钢、下滑板截流区熔损及滑板粘渣等情况影响滑板连用率的原因。通过提升滑板耐材质量、优化滑板孔径、实施精细化操作等,在确保生产顺行的前提下,钢包滑板连用率提高了23%。The paper analyzes the abnormalities of the ladle slide plate during use,and discusses the causes for the impact made by the steel jamming between the slide plates,the melting loss in the lower slide plate interception area,and the stuck slag on the slide plate on the rate of its continuous use.By improving the refractory quality for the slide plate,optimizing the aperture of the plate,and implementing refined operations,the continuous use rate of the plate has been increased by 23%while ensuring smooth production.
