摘 要:以均化矾土、板状刚玉、电熔白刚玉、α-Al_(2)O_(3)微粉、鳞片石墨为主要原料,制备了钢包下水口,并研究了添加均化矾土骨料对钢包下水口性能的影响。结果表明:随着均化矾土骨料加入量的增加,下水口的体积密度有所下降,显气孔率略有升高,常温耐压强度、常温抗折强度略有下降,线变化率减小,抗折强度保持率升高。选取添加30%均化矾土骨料的方案,在国内某钢厂200 t钢包下水口上进行了试验使用,使用4次,铸口平均每次扩径2.0 mm左右,与目前刚玉材质相比扩径略大、裂纹减少,能够满足现场使用要求。均化矾土代替板状刚玉的加入使用,提高了下水口抗热震性,降低了原料成本,具有显著的经济效益。A ladle lower nozzle was fabricated using homogenized bauxite,tabular corundum,white fused alumina,α-Al_(2)O_(3) micropowder and flake graphite as the main raw materials,followed by a study on the effect of adding homogenized bauxite aggregate on the performance of the ladle lower nozzle.The results showed that as the addition of homogenized bauxite aggregate increases,the lower nozzle saw decreases in volume density and linear change rate,a slight increase in apparent porosity,minor decreases in compressive strength and flexural strength under normal temperature,and a rise in flexural strength retention rate.The adding proportion of homogenized bauxite aggregate was set as 30%,which was then experimented on the 200 t ladle lower nozzle of a domestic steel plant.In all four experiments,the average expansion of the casting nozzle diameter was 2.0 mm.Compared with corundum,the material currently in use,the addition slightly enlarged expansions and reduced cracks,meeting the requirements of on-site use.The addition of homogenized bauxite,as an alternative to tabular corundum,improves the lower nozzle’s thermal shock resistance,reduces the cost of raw materials,and has significant economic benefits.
