以镁钙砖磨粉为原料制备电熔镁钙砂的工艺探究

摘　　要：采用镁钙砖磨粉为原料,加入结合剂后采用湿法压球,干燥后采用三相电弧炉熔融,经自然冷却析晶后最终合成电熔镁钙砂。对电熔镁钙砂进行理化指标测定及SEM电镜分析。结果表明:以镁钙砖磨粉为原料生产的电熔镁钙砂体积密度高,晶体发育良好,具有方钙石包裹方镁石的形貌特征,具有良好的抗钢水冲刷性能和抵抗CaO-SiO2系炉渣侵蚀性能。After adding a binder into magnesium calcium brick powder,wet ball pressing is carried out.Then a three-phase EAF is used for melting after drying,followed by natural cooling and crystallization to finally synthesize fused magnesium calcium clinker.In this paper,physical and chemical indicator measurement and SEM electron microscopy analysis are conducted on fused magnesium calcium clinker.The results show that the fused magnesium calcium clinker produced from magnesium calcium brick powder has a high bulk density,good crystal development,and the morphological characteristics of periclase wrapped by CaO.It has good resistance to liquid steel erosion and CaO-SiO_(2)slag erosion.
