摘　　要：通过对大友嘉镁钙业公司7^(#)石灰回转窑预热器易结瘤的现状研究,以及对石灰石原料、燃料、回转窑操作等方面出现问题的原因分析,查明了预热器产生结瘤的机理,并制定了相应的预防措施。The preheater system of the lime rotary kiln No.7 of Jiayuguan Dayou Magnesium and Calcium Industry Company was prone to crust.Analysis was carried out on problems related to the raw material limestone,fuel,operations to find out the causes.Eventually,the mechanism of crust formation in preheater was figured out and corresponding preventive measures were formulated.
