摘 要:对高炉粒化塔的作用机理进行了研究,并对粒化塔内衬的损毁机理进行了分析。为了能够进一步提高粒化塔的使用寿命,需要研究开发一种高强耐磨浇注料。通过使用新原料及调整水泥与微粉的加入,研制出了新型高强耐磨浇注料,并在某1800 m^(3)高炉的粒化塔上进行了应用实践。结果表明:新型高强耐磨浇注料的物理性能优于现有材料,在工业试验中一次性使用寿命达到了3年以上,使用效果较好。The working mechanism of the BF granulation tower was studied,and the wear mechanism of its lining was analyzed.To further increase the lifespan of the granulation tower,new castable of high-strength and wear-resistant characteristics was required.A new type of high-strength and wear-resistant castable was developed by using new raw materials and adjusting the addition of cement and micro powder,which has been applied in the granulation tower of a 1800 m^(3) BF.The results showed that the physical properties of the new high-strength and wear-resistant castable are superior to other existing materials;the castable performed well and achieved a one-time service life of over 3 years in industrial tests.
