摘 要:对当前军事装备软件不能满足作战实际需要、软件考核在实战考核落力不足等问题进行分析研究,通过剖析军事装备软件与战斗力生成的机制原理,在传统以软件测试为主体的软件考核体系基础上,提出软件实战化考核的目标需求和总体要求。提出软件考核应当从传统的需求验证和性能考核,向软件设计模型和最终产品是否符合基本作战逻辑、战术思想和操作习惯的考核验证转变。分析软件实战化考核的技术特点,梳理主要策略方法,通过软件实战化考核促进软件产品能够有效提升指挥能力和装备操作水平,有效推进软件更好更快转化生成战斗力。The article analyzes and studies the problems of current military equipment software not meeting the practical needs of combat,and insufficient effectiveness of software assessment in actual combat assessment.By analyzing the mechanism and principles of military equipment software and combat effectiveness generation,based on the traditional software assessment sys⁃tem with software testing as the main body,the target requirements and overall requirements for software practical assessment are proposed.The article proposes that software assessment should shift from traditional requirement verification and performance assess⁃ment to the assessment and verification of whether software design models and final products comply with basic operational logic,tactical thinking,and operational habits.Then the article analyzes the technical characteristics of software practical assessment,sorts out the main strategies and methods,and promotes the effective improvement of command ability and equipment operation lev⁃el of software products through software practical assessment,effectively promoting the better and faster transformation of software into combat effectiveness.
