摘  要:在现代射频设计中,信号收发系统通常使用如AD9850/AD9851等DDS芯片,这些芯片结构简单,主要用于生成特定频率和波形的信号。然而,复杂信号处理需依赖外部处理器,缺乏完整系统设计,无法满足当前高集成度和灵活性要求。论文提出了一种基于ZYNQ_MPSo C的解决方案,该方案结合内部ADC/DAC通路、FPGA逻辑和处理系统(ARM核),实现了多种波形和频率信号的生成和高速存储等功能。通过设计信号生成、数据采集、处理和通信等子系统,构建了一套完整的信号收发系统,能够在单一芯片上实现完整的信号收发功能。In modern RF design,signal transceiver systems typically use DDS chips such as the AD9850 and AD9851.These chips have a simple structure and are mainly used for generating signals of specific frequencies and waveforms.However,complex signal processing relies on external processors,which lacks a complete system design and cannot meet the current requirements for high integration and flexibility.This paper proposes a solution based on the ZYNQ_MPSoC,combining internal ADC/DAC paths,FPGA logic,and a processing system(ARM core)to achieve the generation of various waveforms and frequency signals,as well as high-speed storage.By designing subsystems for signal generation,data acquisition,processing,and communication,a comprehen⁃sive signal transceiver system is constructed,capable of achieving complete signal transmission and reception functions on a single chip.
