摘  要:目前电子作战平台性能要求其对应的收发前端朝着高精度、低成本、低功耗、轻重量、小型化的方向发展。由于电子对抗系统特有的宽带特性,传统相控阵系统的移相方案会在工作频带内产生色散,从而降低雷达系统的信噪比和通信容量。为了解决这一实际作战中的具体问题,论文首先对传统相控阵前端的工作原理进行量化分析,通过引入两种时延补偿方案,根据理论推导得出引入时延结构的优势。在此基础上论文介绍了三款不同工作原理的群时延电路的实现方案,并根据优劣分析得出不同方案在不同应用环境的适用性条件。At present,electronic warfare platforms require their front-end to develop towards high precision,low cost,low power consumption,lightweight and miniaturization.Due to the unique broadband characteristics of electronic warfare systems,the phase shifting scheme of traditional phased array systems will generate dispersion within the operating frequency band,thereby re⁃ducing the signal-to-noise ratio and communication capacity of radar systems.In order to solve this specific problem in practical combat,this article first quantitatively analyzes the working principle of traditional phased array front-end.By introducing two delay compensation schemes,the advantages of introducing delay structures are theoretically derived.On this basis,this article introduc⁃es three implementation schemes of group delay circuits with different working principles,and analyzes the applicability conditions of different schemes in different application environments based on their advantages and disadvantages.
