摘　　要：面向保障部队基层工作实训问题,论文立足基层工作电子沙盘系统训练模式,针对其使用效果进行评估分析,构建能力培养指标体系,基于AHP和熵权法进行综合能力指标权重值计算,可构建起大量用户的使用效果数据集及使用效果分析模型,为电子沙盘系统后续改进优化提供需求牵引。Facing the practical training problem of grassroots work in the support force,this article is based on the training mode of the electronic sandbox system for grassroots work,it evaluates and analyzes its effectiveness,constructs a capability cultiva⁃tion index system,calculates the weight value of comprehensive capability indicators based on AHP and entropy weight method,and constructs a dataset and analysis model for the use effect of a large number of users,providing demand traction for the subse⁃quent improvement and optimization of the electronic sandbox system.
