摘　　要：中国是目前世界上螺旋压力机装备在工业实际中正在服役数量最多的国家。但目前工业实际中正在服役的螺旋压力机存在操作和维护不当等问题,造成常用的螺旋压力机消耗巨大的能量与资源。开展正在服役螺旋压力机生产过程的节能降耗工作迫在眉睫。为了贯彻“中国制造2025”以及“30/60双碳目标”政策,本文针对锻压领域工业实际中广泛使用螺旋压力机的J53型双盘摩擦螺旋压力机、J55型离合器式螺旋压力机、J57型液压式螺旋压力机、J58型电动式螺旋压力机4种类型,在简述4种类型中的每一类的工作原理和基本结构的基础上,对每一类螺旋压力机的节能降耗实施途径进行了系统深入的探讨,从而为中国的螺旋压力机制造和使用企业,在螺旋压力机的创新设计、选型、节能、降耗、高效、高可靠工作、数控与智能化等方面奠定坚实的理论基础。China currently has the largest number of screw presses in operation in the industrial sector worldwide.However,there are issues with improper operation and maintenance of these screw presses currently in service,resulting in significant energy and resource consumption.It is urgent to carry out energy-saving and consumption-reduction efforts in the production processes of screw presses currently in operation.In order to implement the“Made in China 2025”initiative and the“30/60 Dual Carbon Goals”policy,this article systematically and thoroughly explores the implementation paths for energy saving and consumption reduction for four types of screw presses widely used in the forging and stamping industry:the J53 type double-disk friction screw press,the J55 type clutch-type screw press,the J57 type hydraulic screw press,and the J58 type electric screw press.Based on a brief introduction to the working principle and basic structure of each of the four types,this article provides a solid theoretical foundation for Chinese enterprises that manufacture and use screw presses in terms of innovative design,selection,energy saving,consumption reduction,high efficiency,high reliability,numerical control,and intelligence of screw presses.
