摘　　要：涂油机是汽车冲压生产线的重要组成部分,能确保板材冲压拉延前的表面质量。其安全防护门上的锁舌零件弯角较多且折弯间距较小,属于异形件,现有折弯机模具无法满足其生产,需要在原有折弯机的基础上设计新的压弯工装,实现一次装夹能够成形多个折弯位置要求,解决锁舌零件的制造难题。Oiler is an important part of automobile stamping production line,which can ensure the surface quality of the plate before stamping and stretching.The locking tongue part on the security door has more curved corners and smaller bending spacing,which belongs to shaped parts,and the existing bending machine molds can not meet its production,so it is necessary to design a new press-bending tooling on the basis of the original bending machine,so as to realize that a single clamping can be shaped into a number of bending positions,and to solve the problem of the manufacturing of the locking tongue part.
