摘　　要：机械压力机因超程、偏载、误操作、疲劳损坏等因素可能造成平衡缸活塞杆与活塞固定端螺纹连接失效,使活塞杆从进气端盖处脱落,带来设备损坏、人身伤害等风险。为此,研究开发不同结构的安全保护阻挡装置,并进行分析对比和验证,最终得到可靠的解决方案。Mechanical presses may cause the failure of the threaded connection between the piston rod of the balancing cylinder and the fixed end of the piston due to over-travel,partial load,misoperation,fatigue damage and other factors,which may cause the piston rod to be dislodged from the inlet end cover,bringing the risk of damage to the equipment,personal injury and other risks.For this reason,research and development of safety protection blocking devices of different structures are carried out,and analyzed,compared and verified to finally obtain a reliable solution.
