摘 要:为满足汽车纵梁加工生产需要,在占地面积有限的情况下,设计一种更合理的布置方案,根据不同生产线的节拍效率进行合理搭配,实现产能最大化。其软件对接ERP系统,与自带MES系统实现整线自动化运转。所设计工艺布置方案满足智能、高效、柔性生产特点,整条生产线规划方案理念及配置先进,符合智能化发展方向。In order to meet the production needs of automotive longitudinal beam machining,a more reasonable arrangement scheme is designed to maximize the production capacity by reasonably matching different production lines according to their beat efficiency in the case of limited floor space.Its software is docked to the ERP system,and with its own MES system to realize the automated operation of the whole line.The designed process arrangement scheme meets the characteristics of intelligent,efficient and flexible production,and the concept and configuration of the whole production line planning scheme are advanced and in line with the direction of intelligent development.
