摘 要:本文聚焦基于Open CASCADE Technology(OCCT)的机器人折弯CAM软件开发与应用。首先分析传统折弯编程方法的不足,并介绍OCCT在CAD/CAM/CAE领域的应用。随后,详细阐述基于OCCT的机器人折弯CAM软件的开发过程,包括需求分析、系统设计、关键技术实现及测试优化。该软件采用先进的折弯路径规划算法和数据互操作性技术,旨在提高编程效率和精度。通过应用实例分析,验证了软件在提升生产效率、降低生产成本及提高产品质量方面的显著效果。最后,展望了基于OCCT的机器人折弯CAM技术的未来发展趋势。This paper focuses on the development and application of robot bending CAM software based on Open CASCADE Technology(OCCT).Firstly,it analyzes the shortcomings of traditional bending programming methods and introduces the application of OCCT in the field of CAD/CAM/CAE.Subsequently,the development process of OCCT-based robot bending CAM software is elaborated in detail,including requirement analysis,system design,key technology implementation and test optimization.The software adopts advanced bending path planning algorithm and data interoperability technology,aiming to improve programming efficiency and accuracy.Through the analysis of application examples,the significant effect of the software in improving production efficiency,reducing production cost and improving product quality is verified.Finally,the future development trend of robot bending CAM technology based on OCCT is envisioned.
