摘  要:气瓶在使用过程中受到其内部气体的高压作用,且气瓶的壁厚较薄,因此需严格控制气瓶罐体部分的材料性能及缺陷。对薄壁罐体采用增材-碾压工艺过程是对薄壁罐体的一大强化工艺,但是在增材-碾压过程的各个工艺参数对薄壁罐体变形有很大影响,要想严格控制薄壁罐体的变形量,需对增材-碾压工艺过程进行严格控制。为此,本文建立一种薄壁罐体增材-碾压变形量控制系统,通过结合薄壁罐体增材-碾压成形过程实验数据和有限元模拟数据,建立增材-碾压工艺数据库管理系统;然后采用神经网络算法构建增材-碾压工艺参数与目标值的关系,并基于这些关系模型和爬山优化算法,构建增材增材-碾压成形变形量控制系统,实现智能分析、优化、设计薄壁罐体增材-碾压成形过程中的工艺参数,进而达到控制薄壁罐体变形量控制和性能提升的目的。As the most widely used special equipment in China,gas cylinders are subjected to high pressure from the internal gas during daily use.Due to the relatively thin wall thickness of gas cylinders,strict control of the material properties and defects of the cylinder body is required.The adoption of the additive manufacturing-rolling process for thin-walled tank bodies is a significant strengthening technique.However,various process parameters during the additive manufacturing-rolling process have a significant impact on the deformation of thin-walled tank bodies.To strictly control the deformation of thin-walled tank bodies,it is necessary to rigorously control the additive manufacturing-rolling process.Therefore,this paper establishes a control system for the deformation of thin-walled tank bodies using the additive manufacturing-rolling process.By combining experimental data from the additive manufacturing-rolling forming process of thin-walled tank bodies and finite element simulation data,an additive manufacturing-rolling process database management system is established.Then,neural network algorithms are utilized to construct the relationship between additive manufacturing-rolling process parameters and target values.Based on these relationship models and hill climbing optimization algorithms,a control system for the deformation of thin-walled tank bodies during additive manufacturing-rolling forming is constructed.This system enables intelligent analysis,optimization,and design of process parameters during the additive manufacturing-rolling forming of thin-walled tank bodies,thereby achieving the goal of controlling deformation and improving performance.
