摘  要:随着碳纤维材料生产技术的突破,越来越多的碳纤维材料制品在生活中被广泛应用到航空航天、汽车制造、建筑材料、体育用品等多个领域。碳纤维材料制品以其独特的性能在市场中得到充分认可,市场占有率稳步提高。碳纤维材料制品的生产工艺也在不断改进与创新,近年来PCM工艺模压在众多工艺生产中逐渐占据了主流地位。PCM工艺模压需要借助温度、压力,在一定时间内将预浸料的预成型体压制成型。本文主要介绍了PCM工艺模压生产中压力与温度在一定时间内的联动控制,通过对压制过程中对压力、温度、时间的精确控制,提升制品的性能,确保产品质量。With the breakthrough of carbon fiber material production technology,more and more carbon fiber material products are widely used in aerospace,automobile manufacturing,construction materials,sporting goods and other fields.Carbon fiber material products are fully recognized in the market for their unique performance,and the market share is steadily increasing.The production process of carbon fiber material products is also improving and innovating,and in recent years,PCM process molding has gradually occupied the mainstream position in many processes.PCM process molding needs to press the preform of prepreg with the help of temperature and pressure within a certain period of time.This paper mainly introduces the linkage control of pressure and temperature within a certain period of time in the production of PCM process molding,which improves the performance of the products and ensures the product quality through the precise control of pressure,temperature and time in the pressing process.
