摘  要:提出一种基于Ethernet IP协议实现Allen-Bradley(AB)可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)与智能电表通信的方法。通过该协议,AB PLC可高效、可靠地收集和监控智能电表实时数据,从而实现远程监控和设备能效管理。首先简单介绍Ethernet IP协议基本原理和通信机制,接着详细阐述AB PLC与智能电表间的通信配置过程。经实际验证,本方法为支持Ethernet IP协议的工业设备的能耗监控提供了高效的解决方案。本文研究成果对于智能电网和工业自动化领域具有重要的应用价值和参考意义。A method based on Ethernet IP protocol is proposed to realize the communication between Allen-Bradley(AB)programmable logic controller(PLC)and smart meter.Through the Ethernet IP protocol,AB PLC can efficiently and reliably collect and monitor the real-time data of smart meters,so as to realize remote monitoring and equipment energy efficiency management.Firstly,the basic principle and communication mechanism of Ethernet IP protocol are briefly introduced,and then the communication configuration process between AB PLC and smart meter is described in detail.After practical verification,this method provides an efficient solution for energy consumption monitoring of industrial equipment supporting Ethernet IP protocol.The research results of this paper have important application value and reference significance for the field of smart grid and industrial automation.
