摘 要:高端数控机床作为"工业母机"的一个重要类别,是高端装备制造业的重要基础。为了分析高端数控机床的技术发展脉络和创新主体概况,本文基于全球主要国家高端数控机床专利申请数据,分析全球专利申请趋势、主要申请人和技术侧重点,并重点梳理美国、欧盟、日本、韩国等机床产业发达国家的专利申请趋势和布局情况。分析我国目前与数控机床发达国家的差距和相对优势,并提出加大国家政策战略支撑与整合高校、科研院所、企业等各方的科研力量相结合,着力在高速化、复合化、精密化、多轴化等方面研发高端数控机床的创新发展策略。As an important category of“industrial mother machines”,high-end CNC machine tools are an important foundation for the high-end equipment manufacturing industry.In order to analyze the technological development trend and innovation entity overview of high-end CNC machine tools,this article is based on data on patent applications for high-end CNC machine tools in major countries around the world.It analyzes the global patent application trends,main applicants,and technological focus,and focuses on sorting out the patent application trends and layout of developed countries in the machine tool industry such as the United States,the European Union,Japan,and South Korea.Analyze the gap and relative advantages between China and developed countries in the field of CNC machine tools,and propose to increase national policy and strategic support,combined with the integration of scientific research forces from universities,research institutes,enterprises,and other parties,focusing on developing innovative development strategies for high-end CNC machine tools in areas such as high-speed,composite,precision,and multi axis.
