摘  要:汽车冲压件的人工检测方式劳动强度高,效率低,容易发生漏检和错检等情况。基于机器视觉进行冲压件检测,实现汽车冲压件零部件上孔、螺栓、螺母的漏装和错装自动检测。首先,分析工件特征和检测需求,设计机器视觉检测系统的总体技术方案。其次,根据检测精度选型和设计了图像采集、光源、打光、上下料等子系统。最后,设计了系统硬件电路并按照各工件的特征开发视觉识别系统软件,并进行系统调试和交付培训。系统实现了工件缺陷的视觉检测,提高了生产效率。The manual inspection of automotive stamping parts is labor-intensive,inefficient,and prone to missed and incorrect detections.The research conducted in this study uses machine vision for the detection of stamping parts,focusing on issues such as missing or misinstalled holes,bolts,and nuts on automotive stamping parts.The study analyzed the detection requirements and characteristics of the workpieces and designed the overall composition and scheme of the machine vision detection system.Based on the detection accuracy,the image acquisition module,lighting source,and lighting scheme,as well as the loading and unloading mechanisms were determined.The hardware system's circuit and camera mounting bracket were designed.By analyzing the characteristics of various workpieces,visual recognition software was developed,achieving the detection goals of machine vision.
