摘 要:针对AC440V空气断路器(air circuit breaker,ACB)最大容量6 300 A和单个降压变压器4 800 kVA的容量限制,导致主配电网AC 440 V的集装箱船舶停港装卸冷藏集装箱时,无法实现最大冷箱装载容量(或必须开启主发电机供电)的问题。该文研究并应用了在传统高压岸电转换屏上再增加1个输出屏,主回路增加1个降压变压器,实现低压主配电板两侧独立供电,解决了ACB和降压变压器容量的限制问题,最大限度增加岸电系统总容量,并且实现全自动安全联锁保护和操作流程引导,有效提升了船舶运营安全和经济效益。The refrigerated container ship with AC440 V main distribution network cannot achieve the maximum loading capacity of the reefer container during the handling of the reefer containers at port or must turn on the main generator for power supply,due to the maximum capacity limitation of 6300 A for the AC440 V air circuit breaker(ACB)and the limited capacity for the 4800 kVA single step-down transformer.In the current study,the power can be supplied independently on both sides of the low-voltage main distribution board by adding one output panel on the traditional high-voltage shore power change-over panel and a step-down transformer to the main circuit.The capacity limitations of the ACB and the step-down transformer can then be solved to maximize the total capacity of the shore power system and achieve automatic safety interlocking protection and operation process guidance.It can effectively improve the safety of ship operation and economic benefits.
