摘 要:目的 探讨在慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)尿毒症患者透析治疗中采用不同透析频率及方式的价值。方法 以Excel表格统计2021年9月—2023年8月我院收治的76例CRF尿毒症患者,按照透析方式不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各38例。对照组实施血液透析滤过治疗,观察组实施血液透析滤过联合血液灌流治疗,对比两组临床疗效等指标差异。结果 治疗后,观察组临床疗效高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.155、4.547,均P<0.05);观察组各血液指标、水电解质指标、炎症因子水平均低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=3.401、3.223、2.940、3.275、5.681、7.049、2.112、0.559、13.243、20.489、6.489,均P<0.05)。结论 在CRF尿毒症患者治疗中选择血液透析滤过联合血液灌流治疗可提高治疗及预后效果,同时可降低患者体内炎症因子水平。Objective To investigate the value of different dialysis frequencies and modes in the dialysis treatment of uremia patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods An Excel spreadsheet was used to compile data on 76 patients with CRF and uremia who were admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to August 2023.They were divided into a control group and an observation group(38 cases in each)based on the dialysis modality.The control group underwent hemodiafiltration,while the observation group underwent hemodiafiltration combined with hemoperfusion.Clinical efficacy and related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower.These differences were statistically significant (χ^(2)=4.155,4.547;both P<0.05).The levels of various blood parameters,water-electrolyte balance indicators,and inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.These differences were statistically significant(t=3.401,3.223,2.940,3.275,5.681,7.049,2.112,0.559,13.243,20.489,6.489;all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of hemodiafiltration combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of CRF uremia can improve therapeutic outcomes and prognosis while reducing inflammatory factors in the body,making it recommended for clinical implementation.
