摘 要:目的 探讨光子治疗仪对深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的治疗效果。方法 选取2018年4月—2020年4月内蒙古包钢医院烧伤外科收治并且符合标准的120例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。治疗组采取常规清创并换药包扎联合Carnation-87B光子治疗仪治疗,对照组采取常规清创及换药包扎。对比两组治疗14、21 d的创面愈合率,治疗21 d的创面分泌物细菌检出率及创面愈合时间。结果 治疗组治疗14、21 d的创面愈合率均高于对照组,创面分泌物细菌检出率低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.062、5.566、5.175,均P<0.05);治疗组创面愈合时间短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.933,P<0.05)。结论 深Ⅱ度烧伤患者应用光子治疗仪联合常规换药的治疗效果显著优于单一创面换药的治疗效果,光子治疗仪可有效杀灭细菌、降低感染发生率、缩短愈合时间、促进创面愈合。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of the photon therapeutic instrument on deep second-degree burn wounds.Methods A total of 120 cases of deep second-degree burn patients admitted to the department of burn surgery,Baogang hospital of Inner Mongolia from April 2018 to April 2020,were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.The treatment group received routine debridement and dressing change every other day,and photon therapy using the Carnation-87 B photon therapy device,while the control group received only conventional debridement and dressing changes.Wound healing rates were compared between the two groups on day 14 and day 21 of treatment,as well as bacterial detection rates from wound exudate on day 21 and overall wound healing time.Results The wound healing rates in the treatment group on day 14 and day 21 were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the bacterial detection rate in wound exudate was significantly lower in the treatment group,with a statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=4.062,5.566,5.175,all P<0.05).The treatment group also had a shorter wound healing time compared to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(t=2.933,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of photon therapy and conventional dressing changes in the treatment of deep second-degree burns is significantly more effective than conventional wound dressing alone.Photon therapy can effectively kill bacteria,reduce infection rates,shorten healing time,and promote wound healing.
