摘　　要：阿美替尼是我国自主研发的第三代表皮生长因子受体-酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(EGFR-TKI),与第一代EGFRTKI相比,阿美替尼对EGFR突变肿瘤细胞有更好的抑制作用,对中枢神经系统肿瘤亦有良好疗效。最新临床研究表明,阿美替尼有效改善了EGFR突变非小细胞肺癌初治患者和辅助治疗患者的预后,且安全性良好,为该类患者靶向治疗带来新的治疗策略。Almonertinib is a third-generation epithelial growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors(EGFR-TKI)independently developed in China.Compared with the first-generation EGFR-TKI,almonertinib showed superior inhibiting effect in the EGFR mutation positive tumor cells,and had good central nervous system curative effect.Several recent clinical trials have shown that almonertinib proficiently improves the prognosis of patients withEGFR-mutated non-small cell lung carcinomain primary and adjuvant therapy with good safety,offering a new therapeutic option for the targeted therapy of patients.
