摘  要:实施对建设项目入河排污口的监督管理和整治,既是水资源保护的一项基础工作,又是强化水功能区管理、科学审批入河排污口设置、保护饮用水水源地以及水环境质量等水资源保护工作的重要环节。文章以河池市巴马县污水处理厂设置为例,从论证范围、区域纳污能力分析、水功能区限制排放总量计算、水质和水生态影响分析等方面讨论,确定设置排污口在正常排污下,在排污口下游郁江支流河段尾水均能达到Ⅲ类水质标准,符合水功能区管理目标Ⅲ类水质要求。The implementation of supervision,management and improvement of river inlet and outlet of construction projects is not only a basic work of water resources protection,but also an important link of water resources protection such as strengthening the scientific examination and approval of water function area management,protecting drinking water source and water environment quality.Based on the setting of Bama County sewage treatment plant in Hechi City,it is discussed from the aspects of the demonstration area,analysis of pollution absorption capacity in the area,calculation of total amount of restricted discharge in the water functional area,analysis of water quality and water ecological effect,to determine that under normal discharge of sewage outlets,the tail water of Yujiang tributaries downstream of the sewage outlet can reach the classⅢwater quality standard and meet the target requirements of the classⅢwater quality in water functional zone management.
