导流坝施工技术在长江河势控制工程中的应用

摘  要:为防止长江南京新济洲河段频繁崩岸,严重威胁堤防安全及河势稳定,提出在长江南京新济洲河段上游的新生洲头新建一座导流坝予以控制。导流坝施工方法是,首先在长江施工水域河床铺设砂肋软体排,然后在砂肋软体排上逐层充填砂袋,砂袋周边采用块石护脚,坝顶和坝坡采用格宾石笼护面;通过监测导流坝水平位移和垂直位移情况,判定导流坝的施工质量和河势控制效果。应用结果表明,导流坝施工完成后,通过对坝面11个观测点的监测,最大水平位移为1.1cm,最小水平位移为0cm,沉降量最大为1.3cm,沉降量最小为0.1cm,平均水平位移和沉降量为0.5cm,符合设计及规范要求,且在有效引导江水流向、稳定河势、防止岸滩频繁崩塌等方面发挥了重要作用。In order to prevent the frequent bank collapse of Nanjing Xinjizhou reach of the Yangtze River,which seriously threatens the safety of the embankment and the stability of the river regime,it is proposed to build a new diversion dam at the head of Xinshengzhou in the upstream of Nanjing Xinjizhou reach of the Yangtze River.The construction method of the diversion dam is to firstly lay the sand rib soft mattress on the riverbed of the Yangtze River construction waters,and then fill the sand bag layer by layer on the sand rib soft mattress.The sand bag is surrounded by block stone foot protection,and the dam crest and dam slope are protected by gabion gabion.By monitoring the horizontal displacement and vertical displacement of the diversion dam,the construction quality and river regime control effect of the diversion dam are determined.The application results show that after the construction of the diversion dam is completed,through the monitoring of 11 observation points on the dam surface,the maximum horizontal displacement is 1.1cm,the minimum horizontal displacement is 0cm,the maximum settlement is 1.3cm,the minimum settlement is 0.1cm,and the average horizontal displacement and settlement are 0.5cm,which meets the design and specification requirements,and plays an important role in effectively guiding the flow direction of the river,stabilizing the river regime,and preventing frequent bank collapse.
