摘　　要：阐述了高校图书馆个性化信息服务的现状及在新质生产力背景下所面临的机遇与挑战,分析了高校图书馆如何有效利用大数据、人工智能、云计算等手段,配合多学科、多领域技术平台,改造符合新质生产力要求的劳动资料、劳动对象、劳动者,从而将高校图书馆目前泛泛的信息服务提升到个性化信息服务高度,以满足受众多元化、专业化的信息需求,以期为高校图书馆的转型升级提供参考。This paper elaborates on the current state of personalized information services in university libraries,as well as the opportunities and challenges they encounter in the context of new quality productivity.It analyzes how university libraries can effectively utilize big data,artificial intelligence,cloud computing,and other means,in conjunction with multidisciplinary and multi domain technology platforms,to transform labor materials,labor objects,and workers that meet the requirements of new quality productivity,thereby elevating the current general information services of university libraries to the level of personalized information services,in order to meet the diverse and specialized information needs of audiences,and provide important references for the transformation and upgrading of university libraries.
