摘　　要：通过对研究背景、文献回顾和理论基础的梳理,提出了基于价值共创理论的我国高校知识产权信息服务模型,从知识产权服务相关人员的价值合力、知识产权资源共建的价值、智慧化服务平台共享的价值三要素在价值链上相互促进融合的角度,探讨了基于价值共创的我国高校知识产权信息服务模型,指出高校知识产权信息服务应以用户画像系统为基石,多主体协同,发挥用户群体和多方利益相关者价值共创的合力,以知识产权公共服务优秀案例库为支撑,借助资源优化聚合和平台智慧赋能,开展嵌入式全链条化服务,实现提高科技创新质量和效率的目标。Through combing the research background,literature review,and theoretical foundation,this paper puts forward an intellectual property information service model of Chinese universities based on the theory of value co-creation,and discusses the model of intellectual property information service in Chinese universities based on value co-creation from the perspective of the mutual promotion and integration of three elements in the value chain including the value synergy of intellectual property service related personnel,the value of intellectual property resource co-construction and the value sharing of intelligent service platforms,and points out that the intellectual property information service in universities should take the user portrait system as the cornerstone,cooperate with multiple subjects,exert the combined force of user groups and multi-stakeholders in value co-creation,support the excellent case base of intellectual property public service,and carry out embedded full-chain service with the help of resource optimization and aggregation and platform intelligence empowerment,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of scientific and technological innovation.
