摘 要:探究高校学生数字囤积行为关键影响因素,可以为其进行高效的数字信息管理活动提供借鉴参考,同时也可为高校开展学生数字素养教育提供理论指导。采用定性综合集成法识别出高校学生数字囤积行为的17项影响因素,通过DEMATEL模型深入探讨影响因素之间的相互关系并确定7项关键影响因素,随后利用ISM模型构建影响因素间层次递阶结构,并按照层次结构将影响因素划分为1项根本影响因素、9项中间影响因素和7项直接影响因素。由DEMATEL模型和ISM模型数据结果综合分析可知,高校学生数字囤积行为最重要的根本影响因素、中间影响因素、直接影响因素分别是技术环境、需求和动机因素、焦虑。最后基于上述研究结论提出参考建议。Exploring the key influencing factors of college students'digital hoarding behavior can provide reference for their efficient digital information management activities,and also provide theoretical guidance for college students'digital literacy education.This paper identifies 17 influencing factors of college students'digital hoarding behavior by qualitative comprehensive integration method,deeply discusses the relationship between influencing factors by DEMATEL model and determines 7 key influencing factors,constructs the hierarchical structure of influencing factors by ISM model,and divides the influencing factors into 1 fundamental influencing factor,9 intermediate influencing factors and 7direct influencing factors according to the hierarchical structure.From the comprehensive analysis of the data results of DEMATEL model and ISM model,it can be seen that the most important fundamental,intermediate and direct influencing factors of college students'digital hoarding behavior are technical environment,demand and motivation factors and anxiety respectively.Finally,based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions.
