摘  要:三相电压不平衡是造成分布式光伏发电中逆变器温度升高的重要影响因素,研究三相电压不平衡对逆变器温度的升高的影响对于优化逆变器设计、改善系统性能和提高可靠性具有重要意义。对三相电压不平衡的故障特点和三相电压不平衡对逆变器温度的影响机理进行综述,从不同温度对逆变器性能和寿命的影响进行全面的阐述和总结,对减少三相电压不平衡对逆变器温度影响的措施进行展望。Three phase voltage imbalance is an important factor that causes inverter temperature rise in distributed photovoltaic power generation.It is of great significance to study the rise of inverter temperature caused by three-phase voltage imbalance for optimizing inverter design,improving system performance and improving reliability.Summarizes the fault characteristics of three-phase voltage imbalance and the mechanism of three-phase voltage imbalance affecting inverter temperature.A comprehensive explanation and summary are provided on the impact of different temperatures on the performance and lifespan of inverters.The measures to reduce the influence of three-phase voltage imbalance on inverter temperature are prospected.
