摘  要:针对一起架空线路球头挂环断裂故障,通过宏观检查、理化检测、气象环境进行综合分析,查找断裂原因并提出防范措施。分析结果表明:大档距、大高差条件下,在长时间交变风荷载作用下,使得球脚“受蹩”,在其应力集中效应明显的截面过渡处形成裂纹源,并以疲劳的方式不断扩展,直至发生断裂失效,最终引发导线掉落。For an overhead line ball head hanging ring fracture,a comprehensive analysis was conducted through macroscopic appearance inspection,physical and chemical testing,and meterological environment to identify the cause of the fracture and propose preventive measures.The analysis results show that:under the conditions of large pitch and large height difference,under the action of long-term alternating wind load,the ball foot is"cracked",and the crack source is formed at the cross-sectional transition where the stress concentration effect is obvious,and the fatigue is caused.The method continues to expand,breaks and fails,and eventually leads to the wire falling.
