摘 要:目前国内对于竖向沉井掘进工艺造价分析研究较少,为研究初雨调蓄池竖向沉井掘进工艺的造价投资组成以及费用计算方法,基于上海市虹莘排水泵站初雨调蓄池项目工程实践,通过类比分析结合施工工艺的研究方法,对初雨调蓄池工程造价组成及竖向沉井掘进费用分析开展分析研究。研究结果表明:竖向沉井掘进投资在初雨调蓄池费用的60%以上,是投资分析的重点;根据施工工艺分析竖向掘进费用组成,对工序中人工、机械进行分析,得出竖向沉井掘进施工费用组成,为后续类似项目提供参考。At present,there is little research on the cost analysis of vertical sinking shaft excavation technology in China.In order to study the cost investment composition and cost calculation method of the vertical sinking shaft excavation technology for the initial rainwater storage tank project,based on the engineering practice of the initial rainwater storage tank project at the Hongshen drainage pump station in Shanghai,through analogical analysis combined with construction technology research methods,an analysis and study were conducted on the cost composition of the initial rainwater storage tank project and the cost analysis of vertical sinking shaft excavation.The research results show that vertical sinking shaft excavation construction is the focus of cost analysis for the initial rainwater storage construction process.According to the analysis of the construction process,the cost composition of vertical excavation is analyzed,and the consumption of labor,machinery,in the process is analyzed to obtain the cost composition of vertical sinking shaft excavation construction,providing a reference for subsequent similar projects.
