补肾活血复方联合硝酸甘油治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效及对血清炎性因子和血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补肾活血复方联合硝酸甘油治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)疗效及对血清炎性因子和血管内皮功能的影响。方法将2021年7月~2023年6月本院收治的125例CHF患者分为治疗组(n=63)和对照组(n=62)。对照组采用静脉滴注硝酸甘油注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用补肾活血复方。观察比较两组治疗前后左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、脑钠肽(BNP)、可溶性肿瘤发生抑制蛋白(sST2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、一氧化氮(NO)、血管内皮因子(VEGF)和内皮素(ET-1)水平;并分析两组治疗后的临床疗效及不良反应率。结果治疗前两组患者LVEF、LVEDD、BNP、sST2、IL-6、TNF-α等水平比较差异不显著。治疗后两组患者LVEF、NO较治疗前升高,LVEDD、BNP、sST2、IL-6、TNF-α、VEGF、ET-1较治疗前降低,治疗组均优于对照组(均P<0.01)。治疗组临床疗效(95%)高于对照组(81%)(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血复方联合硝酸甘油能够改善CHF患者心功能、炎性因子水平和血管内皮功能,疗效较佳。AIM To observe the therapeutic effect of Bushen Huoxue Compound combined with nitroglycerin on chronic heart failure(CHF)and its impact on serum inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function.METHODS A total of 125 CHF patients admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were divided into treatment group(n=63)and control group(n=62).The control group was treated with intravenous nitroglycerin injection and the treatment group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Compound on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),soluble tumor suppressor protein(sST2),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),nitric oxide(NO),vascular endothelial factor(VEGF)and endothelin(ET-1)levels were observed and compared before and after treatment in both groups.The clinical efficacy and side reaction rates of the two groups after treatment were analyzed.RESULTS There were no significant differences in the levels of LVEF,LVEDD,BNP,sST2,IL-6 and TNF-αbetween the two groups before treatment.After treatment,LVEF and NO were higher(P<0.01)and LVEDD,BNP,sST2,IL-6,TNF-α,VEGF and ET-1 were lower in both groups compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(all P<0.01).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group(95%)was higher than that of the control group(81%)(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The combination of Bushen Huoxue Compound combined with nitroglycerin improve cardiac function,inflammatory factor levels and vascular endothelial function in CHF patients and achieve better therapeutic efficacy.
