摘  要:作为氢能终端利用的主要手段,质子交换膜燃料电池广泛应用于交通、工业、建筑供能等领域,以支撑实现低碳、清洁发展模式。分析了“双碳”目标下质子交换膜燃料电池行业的发展现状及前景,明确了现存问题。研究发现,目前行业仍存在用氢价格高、关键设备国产化水平低、耐久性差、加氢站等基础设施建设滞后等限制因素及现阶段市场空间小、企业内卷式恶性竞争、地区壁垒导致的行业非可持续发展等问题,需进一步完善相关政策、健全市场管理体系、加大研发力度、增强基础设施建设以降低各环节成本扩大质子交换膜燃料电池应用场景。As the main means of hydrogen energy terminal utilization,proton exchange membrane fuel cells are widely used in such fields as transportation,industry,and building energy supply to support the realization of low-carbon and clean development mode.This paper analyzes the current situation and development prospects of the proton exchange membrane hydrogen fuel cell industry and clarifies the existing problems on the basis of dual carbon goal.It finds that there are still such restrictive factors as high hydrogen prices,low localization level of key equipment,poor durability,and lagging construction of infrastructures including hydrogen refueling stations and such problems as a small market space,vicious competition with involution among enterprises,and regional barriers leading to the unsustainable development at the current stage,which call for further improving policies,refining market management system,reinforcing research and development efforts,and strengthening infrastructure construction to reduce costs in all links and expand the application scenarios of proton exchange membrane hydrogen fuel cells.
