摘 要:在全球能源转型和碳减排的背景下,新能源大基地发展迅速。由于风光发电具有间歇性强、波动性大、不稳定的特点,需要引入其他发电类型以平衡其波动性。天然气发电因其响应速度快、污染低,是平衡电网波动性的理想选择,但风、光发电不稳定性导致的气电用气需求的显著波动性也对供气管网的动态响应能力提出了新的挑战。基于天然气管网数值仿真软件TGNET(气体管道瞬态和稳态模拟计算软件),构建了新能源大基地在内的供气管网基础模型,探索了波动、平稳、限制等3种供气模式下,供气管网满足新能源大基地用气需求的瞬态响应能力。结果表明:波动供气模式下,跟随用气需求调整供气,会显著影响管网主干线的流量和压力,增加了压气站设备的负荷波动;平稳供气模式下,供气管网稳定性强,但供气余量大,需要新能源大基地具有较强的储气能力;限制供气模式下,需要联合末端管存,以满足新能源大基地的波动用气需求,但是应对临时大量用气需求能力较弱。因此,针对新能源大基地的用气需求,不仅需要供气管网具有较强的动态响应能力,还需要联合新能源大基地的储气能力进行综合分析,以确定合理的调度策略,并通过实时监控保障供气管网的稳定运行。Against the backdrop of global energy transition and carbon reduction,the big new energy base is developing rapidly.Due to strong intermittency,high volatility,and instability of wind and solar power,it is necessary to introduce other kinds of power generations to balance their volatility.Natural gas power generation is the ideal choice since its fast response speed and low pollution.At the same time,the significant volatility of gas demand because of its instability proposes a new challenge for dynamic response capability of gas supply pipe network.Based on the natural gas pipeline network numerical simulation software TGNET(gas pipeline transient and steady state simulation&calculation software),the paper constructs a basic model of the gas supply pipeline network within the big new energy base and explores the transient response capability of the gas supply pipeline network to meet the gas demand of the big new energy base in such three modes as fluctuating,smooth,and restricted gas supply.The results show that:(1)under the fluctuating gas supply mode,the adjustment of gas supply following the gas demand will significantly affect the flow rate and pressure of the pipeline network trunk line,and increase the load fluctuation of the pressure station equipment;(2)under the smooth gas supply mode,the stability of the gas supply pipeline network is strong,but there is a large gas supply margin,which requires a strong storage capacity;(3)under the restricted gas supply mode,the joint end pipeline storage is required to satisfy the fluctuation of the big new energy base’s gas demand,but the ability to cope with the temporary large gas demand is quite weak.Therefore,in order to meet the gas demand of big new energy bases,not only does the gas supply pipeline network need to have strong dynamic response ability,but also the storage capacity of big new energy bases needs to be analyzed comprehensively to determine a reasonable scheduling strategy and ensure the stable operation of the gas supply pipeline network throu
