摘　　要：要素收入分配是推进经济增长、实现社会公平的节点问题,跨境电子商务是否对其产生影响值得深入研究。基于2008—2021年全国275个地级市的面板数据,采用多期双重差分法实证考察了跨境电子商务综合试验区设立对要素收入分配的影响及其路径机制。研究表明,跨境电子商务综合试验区设立显著优化了要素收入分配格局;其优化作用存在明显的异质性,东部城市、第三产业为主的城市表现得更为显著;跨境电商综合试验区的设立主要通过提高数字化程度、扩宽市场范围两条路径发挥中介影响。应实施差异化战略并考虑地域特性,优化产业布局以促进经济增长,精确评估政策执行的有效性,强化区域协作以合理分配资源。Factor income distribution is a node issue to promote economic growth and achieve social equity.Whether cross-border e-commerce has an impact on it is worthy of further study.Based on the panel data of 275 prefecture-level cities from 2008 to 2021,the multi-period difference-in-differences method is used to empirically examine the impact of the establishment of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot areas on factor income distribution,and to study its path mechanism.The empirical results show that the establishment of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot area has significantly optimized the regional factor income distribution pattern.At the same time,there is obvious heterogeneity in its optimization effect,and the performance of eastern cities and cities dominated by the tertiary industry is more significant.In addition,the establishment of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot area mainly plays an intermediary role by improving the degree of digitization and expanding the scope of the market.In the next step,differentiation strategies should be implemented and regional characteristics should be taken into account.Industrial layout should be optimized to promote economic growth,the effectiveness of policy implementation should be accurately evaluated,and regional cooperation should be strengthened to rationally allocate resources.
