系统观念下高校学生工作效能提升路径研究

摘　　要：坚持系统观念是贯穿习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要立场观点方法。学生工作是高校立德树人根本任务的重要组成部分,事关社会主义伟大事业接班人的培养,是一项系统性的工程。新形势下社会主要矛盾的变化对高校学生工作提出了更高的要求。高校学生工作必须坚持系统观念,把握普遍联系、全面系统、发展变化的原则,在实践中坚持党的全面领导,坚持以学生为中心,以思想政治教育为核心使命,整合各方力量构建学生工作大格局,提高学生工作艺术,才能不断提升工作效能,高质量完成立德树人根本任务。Applying systems thinking is an important stance,viewpoint,and method in fully implementing Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in a New Era.Work concerning students is a fundamental component of the primary task of fostering virtue through education in higher education.It is crucial to nurture a new generation of capable young people who will carry forward the socialist cause,and it is a systematic project.The changing primary social contradictions in the new context have raised higher demands for student work in universities.The work of college students must adhere to systematic thinking,grasp the principles of universal connection,and continuously evolves.In practice,it is essential to uphold the Party’s overall leadership,center on students,prioritize ideological and political education as the core mission,integrate all resources to build a broad framework for student work,improve the art of student work,and continually enhance work efficiency to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education with high quality.
