不同植物遮阳剂对柑橘日灼、果实品质及光合作用的影响

摘  要:研究遮阳剂对柑橘果实的影响,可为预防柑橘果实发生日灼以及优质果生产提供依据。在浙江省台州市黄岩区的一个宫川温州蜜柑园中,以喷清水为空白对照,以纯碳酸钙成分遮阳剂(美榭)为正对照,研究树冠外围喷施添加植物刺激素的遮阳剂(丽维盖美)后日灼、叶片叶绿素含量、光合作用参数及果实品质的变化。结果表明,喷施遮阳剂处理均有遮阳防日灼的显著作用,美榭30倍液处理的日灼果发生率为22.03%,丽维盖美50倍液处理为33.93%,丽维盖美100倍液处理为55.14%,清水对照为61.28%。喷施遮阳剂处理均显著提高了叶片SPAD值,显著提高植株净光合速率,显著增大单果质量,对果实内在品质和果面色泽无不利影响。在严重高温热害天气下,树体喷施两种遮阳剂对果实防日灼效果明显,经济效益显著,可在生产中推广应用。Investigation of the effects of shading agents on citrus fruits can provide a basis for preventing sunburn and producing high-quality fruits.In a Miyagawa Wase citrus orchard in Huangyan District,Taizhou City,a pure calcium carbonate component shading agent(Meixie)was used as the positive control group,and a shading agent supplemented with plant stimulants(Livigaimei)was used as the treatment group,and water was used as the control,to study the changes in sunburn,leaf chlorophyll content,photosynthesis parameters,and fruit quality after spraying with the shading agents on the canopy edge.The results showed that all treatments of spraying with shading agents had a significant anti-sunburn effect.The sunburned fruit incidence rate of Meixie 30-fold solution treatment was 22.03%,and that of Livigaimei 50-fold solution treatment was 33.93%,and that of Livigaimei 100-fold solution treatment was 55.14%,while the incidence rate of the water control group was 61.28%.All treatments spraying with shading agents significantly increased the SPAD value of leaves,the net photosynthesis rate of the plant,the weight of single fruit,and had no adverse effects on the internal quality and surface color of the fruit.Compared with Meixie,treatment of Livigaimei had an advantage in improving the net photosynthesis rate of the plant,but had no advantage in other aspects.In severe high-temperature heat stress weather,spraying the fruits with these two shading agents had a significant effect on preventing sunburn,and the economic benefits were significant.It could be promoted and applied in production.
