椪柑及其早熟芽变不同时期果实内源激素含量分析

摘  要:为探究柑橘果实内源激素与成熟的关系,以椪柑(WT,12月中下旬成熟)及其早熟芽变品系(MT,11月上中旬成熟)为材料,测定了不同时期果实中内源激素生长素(IAA)、玉米素(ZT)、外源6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、脱落酸(ABA)和1-氨基环丙烷-1-羧酸(ACC)含量,并探讨内源激素指标之间的相关性。结果表明,MT果实IAA和6-BA含量在采摘Ⅰ期(11月17日)时均显著高于WT,且其IAA含量在采摘Ⅱ期(11月24日)达到最高。MT果实ABA含量在采摘Ⅲ期(12月1日)时显著低于WT,前两个时期与WT无显著差异。MT果实6-BA含量从采摘Ⅰ期至Ⅱ期显著减少。WT果实的IAA和6-BA含量在试验期无显著变化。MT和WT果实的ZT含量在试验期无显著变化。试验期果实ACC含量呈先降后升显著变化,MT果实ACC含量采摘Ⅰ期显著低于WT,但在采摘Ⅲ期显著高于WT。试验期果实(ABA+ACC)/(IAA+ZT+6-BA)值变化情况与ACC含量相同,MT果实(ABA+ACC)/(IAA+ZT+6-BA)值在采摘Ⅰ期显著低于WT。试验期MT果实IAA与ACC存在极显著负相关关系。采摘Ⅰ期WT果实ACC含量高,抑制了IAA合成,IAA含量水平低且在整个试验期无显著变化,未能触发果实成熟。To investigate the relationship between endogenous hormones and ripening of citrus fruits,the contents of indole acetic acid(IAA),zeatin(ZT),exogenous 6-Benzylaminopurine(6-BA),abscisic acid(ABA),and 1-Aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid(ACC)in different times of maturation of ponkan(WT,matured in mid-late December)and early-ripening bud mutation(MT,matured in early-mid November)were determined,and the correlations between endogenous hormone indicators were explored.The results showed that the contents of IAA and 6-BA in MT were significantly higher than that in WT at harvesttime I(17 November),and the content of IAA reached its highest at harvest time II(24 November).The content of ABA in MT fruits at harvest time III(1 December)was significantly lower than that in WT,but not significant different from WT at harvest time I and II.The content of 6-BA in MT significantly decreased from mature time I to II.There were no significant changes in the contents of IAA and 6-BA in WT in the whole period time of test.The content of ZT in WT and MT had no significant change in the whole period time of test.The content of ACC had a significant change of descending firstly and then ascending in MT.The content of ACC in MT at harvest time I was significantly lower than that in WT,but was significantly higher than that in WT at harvest time III.The changes in the value of(ABA+ACC)/(IAA+ZT+6-BA)was similar to that of ACC content.At harvest time I,the value of(ABA+ACC)/(IAA+ZT+6-BA)in MT was significantly lower than that in WT.There was a highly significant negative correlation between IAA and ACC in MT fruits.The higher content of ACC in WT at harvest time I inhibited the synthesis of IAA.The content of IAA was at lower level and there was no significant change in the whole period of maturation,failed to trigger the fruit ripening.
