摘  要:杧果细菌性黑斑病(Xanthomonas campestris pv.mangiferaeindicae)是杧果生产的重要病害,严重影响杧果的产量和商品价值。参考NY/T 3198—2018,采用室内离体叶片接种鉴定法,对农业农村部儋州杧果种质资源圃中来自不同国家的445份杧果种质进行细菌性黑斑病的抗病性评价。结果表明,445份种质中有54份高抗,159份抗病,175份中抗,51份感病和6份高感,未发现免疫种质。种质数量随病情指数呈正态分布,聚类分析将445份种质分为感病种质和抗病种质两类。本文初步摸清了供试杧果种质的细菌性黑斑病抗性,为杧果抗病育种种质资源筛选提供参考。Mango bacterial black spot disease is the most important bacterial disease in production,which seriously affects the yield and commercial value of mangoes.The resistance of 445 mango germplasms from different countries and ecological regions to bacterial black spot disease as evaluated by indoor in vitro leaf inoculation identification method referring to the agricultural i ndustry standard(NY/T 3198—2018).The results showed that out of 445 germplasm materials,54 were highly resistant,159 were resistant,175 were moderately resistant,51 were susceptible,and 6 were highly susceptible.No immune germplasm was found.This article explored the resistance of mango germplasm to bacterial black spot disease,providing references for selecting mango germplasm resources for disease resistance breeding.
