增效复混肥对澳洲坚果幼苗生长以及养分利用的影响

摘  要:为了探究添加腐植酸和氨基酸两种增效剂的复混肥对澳洲坚果幼苗生长以及养分利用的影响,设置盆栽土培试验,分别土施普通复混肥、氨基酸增效剂复混肥、腐植酸增效剂复混肥、氨基酸+腐植酸混合增效剂复混肥,以不施肥为对照,比较不同施肥处理的株高、叶片数、茎粗、根面积、根体积、根平均直径、植株地下部、地上部和整株湿质量,以及土壤养分、肥料利用率。结果表明,添加增效剂的复混肥3个处理株高、叶片数、茎粗、根面积、根体积、根平均直径,植株地下部、地上部和整株湿质量均高于普通复混肥处理,混合增效剂复混肥促进幼苗生长的效果最佳。与普通复混肥相比,氨基酸、腐植酸、混合增效剂复混肥处理的氮素利用率分别提高23.99%、92.51%和168.79%,磷素利用率分别提高88.25%、131.77%和145.70%,钾素利用率分别提高113.45%、264.48%和322.93%。A pot soil culture test was set up with five treatments including CK:no fertilization,T1:common compound fertilizer,T2:amino acid synergist compound fertilizer,T3:humic acid synergist compound fertilizer,T4:amino acid+humic acid mixed synergist compound fertilizer,to investigate the effects of humic acid and amino acid synergists on the growth and nutrient utilization of macadamia seedlings.The plant height,leaf number,stem diameter,root area,root volume,average root diameter,fresh weights of underground parts,aboveground parts and whole plant,soil nutrient and fertilizer utilization rates of different treatments were compared.The results showed that the three treatments with synergist had higher plant height,leaf number,stem diameter,root area,root volume,root average diameter,fresh weights of underground parts,aboveground parts and whole plant than common compound fertilizer treatment,with the best effect on the growth of macadamia seedlings.Compared with regular compound fertilizer,the nitrogen utilization rate of the treatments of amino acid compound fertilizer,humic acid compound fertilizer and amino acid+humic acid mixed synergist compound fertilizer was increased by 23.99%,92.51%,168.79%,respectively.The phosphorus utilization rate was increased by 88.25%,131.77%,145.70%,respectively,and the potassium utilization rate was increased by 113.45%,264.48%,and 322.93%,respectively.
