检疫处理条件下荔枝中异菌脲残留量及降解动态研究

摘  要:为指导我国荔枝出口企业在保证荔枝品质和货架期的前提下采取相应措施满足检疫要求,在特定检疫处理条件下,采用液相色谱—质谱联用仪检测荔枝中异菌脲残留含量及其降解动态。结果表明,在0.01~0.25 mg/kg范围内,异菌脲质量浓度与对应的峰面积间呈线性关系,在添加水平为0.05、0.50和1.00 mg/kg下,荔枝中异菌脲回收率为86.6%~98.4%,相对标准偏差为3.6%~8.3%,检出限为0.01 mg/kg。经异菌脲保鲜剂处理的桂味、淮枝、井岗红糯3个荔枝品种中异菌脲残留降解分别符合一级动态方程y=6.3 e^(-0.067 x)、y=5.9 e^(-0.063 x)和y=3.38 e^(-0.050 x),相关系数分别为0.9413、0.9656和0.8666,半衰期分别为11.36、11.95和15.75 d。异菌脲保鲜剂处理的荔枝在低温0.99℃、黑暗、密闭的检疫处理条件下,35 d后荔枝中异菌脲残留降解率均达到85%以上。建议我国荔枝出口企业选择适当浓度异菌脲处理荔枝,以达到保鲜和检疫除害要求,其残留量也符合相关的残留限量规定。To guide litchi export enterprises to take corresponding measures to meet quarantine requirements while ensuring the quality and shelf life of litchi,the residue of iprodione in litchi was detected by high-pressure liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS),and the degradation dynamics were analyzed under specific quarantine conditions.The results showed that there was a linear relationship between the mass concentration and peak area in the range of 0.01-0.25 mg/kg.Under the spiked levels of 0.05 mg/kg,0.50 mg/kg and 1.0 mg/kg,the recoveries of iprodione in litchi were 86.6%-98.4%and the relative standard deviations were 3.6%-8.3%with the 0.01 mg/kg of limit of detection(LOD)of iprodione in litchi.The degradations of iprodione in Guiwei,Huaizhi and Jinggang Hongnuo litchi varieties were in accordance with the first-order dynamic equation y=6.3 e^(-0.067 x),y=5.9 e^(-0.063 x),y=3.38 e^(-0.050 x),with the correlation coefficients of 0.9413,0.9656 and 0.8666,respectively,and the half-life period of iprodione of 11.36 d,11.95 d and 15.75 d,respectively.Under the condition of low temperature of 0.99℃,darkness and airtight,the degradation rate of iprodione in litchi reached more than 85.80%after 35 days.This study provided a guidance for litchi export enterprises to use an appropriate concentration of iprodione for preservation of the litchi,in order to meet the requirements of quarantine and comply with the residue limit regulations of the import countries.
